About Noelani

Welcome To My Official Blog!

Aloha folks, my name is Noelani (Lani) Kee.  I’m a blogger, and I interact on social media sites and assisting others connecting their business in the online home business industry.  With drastic and simply changes occurring online, I am able to obtain fundamental skills to share “how to” formulas to get your business operating without all the complex techie stuff involved. Most of my blog posts you’re able to obtain simple skills from creating banners, video creation, skills and software’s to use.

I’m a person who don’t mind learning new skills and dedicating my  time, to advance my abilities.  I am passionate in pushing myself to achieve my goals and I’ll do my best to accomplish what I have started.  My whole purpose is not just for me to achieve my personal achievements, but to assist others to reach there goals and purpose in life.

Get To Know Who I am:

I grew up in a family of six,  four sisters and two brothers, in Honolulu, Hawaii. And I was the middle child or you could say 3rd from the oldest.  However the order is placed.  I was mostly to myself and a very observant child at a young age, always kept to myself and was very shy.  I suppose being brought in a good size family, it made it sort of impossible to be noticed  and maybe it was a good thing, because it was a strict  and structured environment,  I was brought up in.

Some say it maybe a cultural thing that the woman ruled in the islanders home, but all I can say is that my mother wore the pants in our home.  And she didn’t tolerate much, with anything nor with the children in the home, we had to be in accord to her rules.  She was a very attentive mother, and she did her best with us all.  I give credit to mothers with so many children.

Why… Share My Personal Background?

Because I am a real person, just like you!  When Push Came To Shove,  I was battling with myself, trying to figure who I was, “My Identity”.  So I left home at 18 years old,  right after I graduated from high school. To make a long story short,  most who knew me, would say I was shy, introverted and avoided people like the plague.  Well that all changed, due to my living conditions and my finances to live on my own.  I worked for a manufacturing  job, so I didn’t have to relate to people.

My finances changed and I had to step it up, and out of desperation,  I had to find a better paying  job in which it was selling cars. Remember what I said, I was introverted well sometimes we are forced to step out and do things we are not accustom to. This job required meeting and talking to people.  At first, I was terrified and glued to my seat, because I wasn’t that social butterfly.  My boss had to pry me out of my seat by threatening my job, either talk to people or get fired,  so I had to make a quick decision.  Since I was desperate and had no help from anyone, this was a start in making a change in my life.

I discovered that I liked talking to people and socializing with others and I made a decent living doing it.  In fact, family and friends who knew me as the quiet,  shy and introverted person, they didn’t recognize who I was. I was outgoing and loved talking and socializing with others.

Self Sabotage

Discovering new things about me,  I still had issues in who I was and inferior complex still hindered me.  I listened to other peoples opinion about me, they said that was not my personality and I was becoming someone else.  So I believed them because, I thought they was looking after me, these were people that I trusted in.  I shied away from being outgoing,  enthusiastic and a go getter and eventually I quit this job and moved to Arizona, to attend college. I felt alone once again, because I was in a place where I knew no one and started all over again.

I do have to say, I have never felt such flame of joy and life within me as I did then, and I quenched it because I didn’t know any better.

A Positive Rebel To Find Me

I ended up back in the field of sales, in many different areas.  Loving what I enjoyed best, was socializing and talking to people.  I had done some soul searching of my own and said if No one else don’t like my decisions, then heck with them.. I like who I am and I will do what is best for me. Why… because it is my life and I will live it to the best of my ability.

I enjoyed sales, but times were changing on the sales floor pressure was getting tougher and stress was heavy on me, hoping I don’t lose my job.  Now I have children to look after, even if there was two income in our household, there were No guarantees if we had a job, due to the constant threats.  We both worked in the sales field and strictly on commission, but did well and made a decent living.

Discovered Network Marketing

I found my first home-base business answering an advertisement and I attended a evening session. Saw the great concept and flexibility it had, so I joined.  Thinking I was going to make a killing doing this, since I had such good sales skills, but this wasn’t so.  It dragged on and trying to duplicate my superiors who had great success, which wasn’t simple but doable.  A year went by and finally I broke a new level, this person was an over achiever in breaking new levels and helped me to get to another level.

Then everything came crashing down, offices was being closed and the business was shut down, based on the owners decision.  So here I am again, my dreams which I thought was going some where, it stopped there.  Ended up going back to work in selling furniture,  which I was fortunate to be referred by a friend. I was discouraged and thought well maybe it wasn’t meant to be, but I applied the valuable trainings I learned in the marketing environment.  It helped me a lot and made it easier for me to work with people and understood what their needs where.

Persisting To Learn More About Marketing Online

I truly believe that my niche,  is working online and becoming knowledgeable in what the internet has to offer.  This is a trend and a shift in the working environment to work from home. With the help of the downturn of the economy, most are looking for  alternatives to make a better living or supplement there incomes, besides working in corporate America.  I have learned more from trainings from those who has success with marketing online and giving back in sharing there valuable information to others.

My advice,  I can say, if you are searching for your dreams and thinking of shifting to marketing online,  I say DO IT! Not for anyone else but for you and your family. You are bound to become successful… WHY?  Because 98% are not doing it or if so they are giving up in trying.  And 2% are doing the complete different thing to make their dreams to come true and make a better living and helping others as well.  This has been the best decision I have made for me and my family and it is a continuous learning adventure. Technology is changing drastically and the sooner you get on board with what ever company you decide with, the better chance you will be ahead of the rest.  You have to start some where to discover your true potential.

Blessings To your Success!

  7. Congratulations on finding yourself. All the negativity we put up with over our lives is sometimes hard to overcome. And unfortunately for some, it is insurmountable. Unless we stretch ourselves to places that are uncomfortable. And we accept help, because no one does it alone.

@Gary, we have choices to let go of all the trials and tribulations and learn from it to better ourselves and in hope not to repeat our past loads. God made us like him and we need to act and be like the world is blessed with goodness, kindness and love to give back to others, as he has given unto us. Another chance! Mahalo for coming by.
